By downloading, installing, or using Cropd ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cropd is a cannabis cultivation tracking and monitoring application. The App provides tools for logging grow data, monitoring environmental sensors, accessing Sage (our grow assistant), participating in a grower community, and purchasing and creating grow guides.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use Cropd. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age. We rely on your attestation of age and do not independently verify it. You also represent that cannabis cultivation is legal in your jurisdiction. Cropd does not encourage or facilitate illegal activity.
Sage provides cultivation advice for informational purposes only. Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for cultivation decisions and do not constitute professional agricultural, horticultural, or legal advice.
Cropd provides no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Sage content. You acknowledge that crop outcomes depend on many factors beyond the App's control, following Sage suggestions is done at your own risk, and Cropd is not liable for any crop damage, loss, or other consequences resulting from Sage recommendations.
Free users receive a limited Sage allowance. Pro subscribers receive full access subject to monthly token budgets. Usage limits may change. Unused tokens do not carry over between billing periods.
Core grow tracking features are available without a subscription. No payment is required to use the App's fundamental features.
Guide purchases are one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. Purchased guides are tied to your account and can be restored on any device by signing in. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
By publishing a guide, you confirm that it is based on your real grow data and that you have the right to sell it. You retain ownership of your guide content. Buyers receive lifetime access. You can unpublish a guide at any time, but existing buyers retain access.
Guide creators receive 60% of the sale price. Apple receives 30%. Cropd receives 10%. Payouts are processed on a regular schedule subject to a hold period for refund protection.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Cropd. You retain ownership of all data you create within the App (grow logs, photos, plant data, guides).
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, published grows, community data, and guide purchases from our servers. Local data on your device is not affected. This action cannot be undone.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cropd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, crops, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Ohio. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Cropd.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("LAEULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the LAEULA, the LAEULA shall govern to the extent of such conflict.
